For Emma's birthday we had the 'Chef's choice' menu, basically the chef surprised us with a starter, main and desert! The meal was great, though we only seemed to get photos of the desert!

I didn't really need the second (third?) pint but like a trooper I finished it off! Australia has some very nice micro brewery beers. Tasmania in particular seems to produce some fine suds!
